The Medical Tourism Association of the Republic of Uzbekistan informs heads of public and private medical institutions that SAG Management Ltd. will hold a seminar, “Management in Medical Institutions: The American Experience,” in Miami, USA, from March 21 to 31, 2026, for heads of private and public clinics.

The seminar will cover the latest advances in strategic planning, including understanding how to develop a clinic, expand services, and attract new patients; inspiring a team; building a healthy corporate culture; and responding quickly to emergencies, whether epidemics, personnel issues, or legislative changes. Participants will also be able to establish useful contacts. They will also have the opportunity to visit and learn about the work of Mount Sinai, a leading hospital.

The seminar will be conducted with consecutive translation into Russian. An internationally recognized certificate will be issued upon completion of the seminar.
