The information tour to India has ended
From September 23-27, an information tour organized by MEDAVIATE (New Delhi, India) took place.
The delegation, led by A. Shukurov, Chairman of the Medical Tourism Association of the Republic of Uzbekistan, included representatives of public and private medical institutions from Karakalpakstan, and the Andijan, Kashkadarya, Namangan, and Samarkand regions.
The purpose of the visit was to explore the practical capabilities of several leading Indian clinics for inclusion in the Register of Foreign Clinics recommended to Russian citizens as alternative options when choosing medical and diagnostic destinations.
The information tour included visits to Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Marengo Asia Hospital, and Apollo Athenaa Hospital, as well as a presentation of the Zeeva Fertility Clinic.
Following the business portion of the visit, a decision was made to include these institutions in the national Registry. Furthermore, agreements were reached on opportunities for specialization and advanced training for Russian doctors and nurses at leading Indian clinics, and a number of promising areas of
cooperation were identified to improve the quality and accessibility of sophisticated modern medical services in the fields of oncology, transplantation, rehabilitation, reproductive technologies, and more.
